My husband is a cigar smoker, there was limited places for him to smoke on property. Additionally, the designated places on property did not have shade. Additionally, we were not offered to upgrade at check in, would have appreciated the opportunity, but it was not offered. We have been to Punta Cana multiple times and have stayed with Hyatt Zilara in Puerto Vallarta, but will not return to this property.

Given the amazing reviews we were so excited for a couples get away. Unfortunately the snow storm in NY led to a cancelled flight and no flight available to get us to our destination in time to make the reservation. I contacted the property and was told they could not assist me with my reservation. Contacted Expedia and after a few days they said the hotel never responded to our request to move the dates. Beware of booking in the winter or you might find yourselves out thousands of dollars. Very disappointed with the hotel and with Expedia.

Excellent hotel. A wonderful, spacious, and clean room with a great view. Very friendly and caring staff. The hotel buffet is the best we’ve experienced among all all-inclusive resorts. The grounds are beautifully designed and very convenient — pools, bars, sun loungers, and walkways are all well organized. There is plenty of space, yet everything is within a short walking distance. The hotel is adults-only, which allowed us to enjoy a peaceful stay without noise or crowds. A lovely beach — clean and spacious enough that we never had any trouble finding a spot. Plenty of activities available on the property.
