The resort was great> If you are looking for quite relaxing vacation it is perfect. Food was the best for all inclusive resort. Rooms very clean and the grounds are very well maintained. The staff was incredible. Room service was great. The hotel had a very nice vibe, but to me, the highlight was the food. I’ve been to multiple resorts in Cancun and Punta Cana, and Hyatt Zilara by far has the best food.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Someone was always availableyo assit with whatever we needed. Our room was clean. The facilites were well kept. Very spacious and relaxing. Loved the open concept of the entire property. The beach was ok but due to the seaweed, I did not get in the water. Buffets had a good variety, except needed more vegan protein and desert options. Resort management should look into how to prepare i.e. tofu dishes or get a supplier for alternative vegan products, i.e. non-diary ice cream. The desert bar in general could use some work. Presentation was good but taste and texture were lacking. Overall would recommend.
