Hyatt Cap Cana Zilara is a premium property and the service, staff, hospitality and amenities are outstanding. Shout out to all the staff and management for keeping the property in such a great condition. Great food and drinks at all restaurants and bars we tried just about all of them. This is an excellent hotel for couples, everithing is close by wich I really like, tremendous staff WAO, hands down on service, AAA on food, great quality, restaurants that you dont have to reserve, excellent room, the only thing I would say is to increase the quality on the bevereges (lacking premium brands) for the price you get premium brands, other than that EXCELLENT
