Upon checking in, everything seemed great. The room itself was amazing. The views, size, and balcony were perfect. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not meet expectations. The food options were disappointing, and the drink options were even worse. Customer service was terrible overall. Most of the staff did not seem friendly or helpful during our stay. Our room was only cleaned once, despite staying for four days. On top of that, the TV didn’t work and the AC did not function properly. All of the restaurants were booked up, which forced us to eat at the buffet every night. When we asked about pre-booking, we were told to wait until we arrived, yet everything was already unavailable. The classes were also listed prior to booking but we were unable to participate in any of the ones we wanted due to the schedule we were only able to retrieve at check in. The room itself was wonderful, but the lack of service, poor dining/drink options, and overall unfriendliness of the staff made the stay far less enjoyable than it should have been.
