Excellent place to lay down and relax. It is quiet, mainly for honeymooners and adults. The place is clean and comfortable. Food is excellent and the staffs are very friendly. The pool-bartenders are great. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful property, good food, very clean pools and the beach. Service overall was very good except one guy by the name Hery who unfortunately was assigned to work one day at the guest service and was ignorant towards our simple request to help us to get a pair of new beach towels.

my overall experience was good, the room was really nice, and clean, the ac was ok not great it took a whole day to drop the temperature to only 71, the restaurants and bars were good to, but i have to said we enjoy more the service and the food at the Catalonia bayahibe the family side of the hotel, you could have better attention from the staff, but that does not mean that at royal the service were bad absolutely no. in general i have a really good time, i would go again
