This was hands-down, the most amazing service and experience we have ever had. The staff is exceptionally kind and hospitable, attentive to detail, and go above and beyond in every way. We have stayed in many luxury hotels and at highly rated resorts, and this surpassed everyone of those experiences. We have never felt so personally cared for on vacation before! This far surpassed any Sandals experience and we will definitely be Secrets customers and Dominican Republic visitors again! I cannot say enough, good things about our experience!

The staff is the best I’ve ever experienced, they are always there and always very happy to do whatever it takes to make everything perfect and make your life easy, theyre awesome. The views from your room are beautiful and so is the beach, there was a seaweed problem in the ocean water sadly but with the pools, the great weather and views it really wasn’t too much of a problem. The rooms, pools, restaurants, bars, spa, and lobby are seriously top notch, very clean and built beautifully. The worst part was leaving at the end!

A lot of the food was ok, too salty for my taste. Restaurant seem to half a better quality of food. Very quiet resort. Use to a little more fun pool activities. This place is great for older people. I am older but don’t act my age. We are very active.

The property is stunning; lush landscaping, and breathtaking views that look like something out of a travel magazine. Every corner feels like paradise. One of the biggest highlights of our stay was the incredible variety of food and beverages. Whether we were dining at one of the gourmet restaurants or grabbing a quick bite poolside, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The cocktail menus were extensive, and the bartenders were always ready to whip up something delicious and refreshing. But what truly made this trip unforgettable was our Concierge, Michael. Primera vez visitando a Punta y Cana con unos amigos y hospedando en el Resort, y a todos nos parecio excelente con muy buena atencion, buena variedad de comida, actividades y ambiente ameno. Definitivamente se los recomiendo a amigos y familiares.
