My wife and I stayed at the resort for 7 nights. Everything was clean, the room was spacious, the service was excellent, and the food was awesome. We had a minor issue with the hot water, but the hotel addressed it quickly. Unlike other great resorts nearby, Secrets has huts on the beach, which I personally prefer over umbrellas. The only downside—something the resort cannot control—was the sargassum. We did not expect it in December, but it was present. It wasn’t significant, but it did make the ocean less appealing for swimming. However, if you’re a pool person, the pools are fantastic! If we can find a time of year with minimal sargassum, we will definitely return,

We went for our honeymoon! The grounds are gorgeous, the room is very comfortable and clean and we had a great view of the beach. I love that housekeeping comes twice a day! The service is great, they truly don't want you to lift a finger. Our butler, Ricardo, was fantastic! So attentive and left us several sweet surprises for our honeymoon in the room. We did the preferred club and recommend it. It gives you access to a quieter pool and beach. They are only a few things they could work on. Service can be a little slow at the Seaside Grill/Oceana and the main pool. Food is mostly good, but not fantastic. The large shower is nice, but water tends to pool outside the door and is a slipping hazard (as we learned the hard way). There aren't too many options for entertainment at night, so it's great if you are looking for a chill vibe, but it's definitely not a party resort. Overall, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay and we would definitely go again! I've been home telling everyone how amazing our honeymoon was!

A beautiful property where they pay attention to detail. Numerous food offerings. Each guest gets his/ her own concierge. Beautiful pool. I can’t say anything about the beach because I am a pool girl. Amazing service. Shout out to the towel guy nearest to the lobby. He helped me every day with my umbrella, changing it as the position of the sun changed.

Clean rooms. Todas las areas limpias. Pero el personal está a otro nivel. Personas bellas que te hacen sentir de la casa. La Diva, Elizabeth, Minime, Scoobe Doo, Ice Cube. Judith en el bar de la piscina y Raudy. Domingo en el Market Cafe. En Cocos Cafe(parece India) no se el nombre pero muy amable!! Todos bellos y muy atentos!
