The drink tickets were a scam. It’s does not say doesn’t include alcohol when purchasing. Peso markup at the hotel does not align with daily national posting (to their favor of-course). Pay with Peso’s or you’ll get taken advantage of. Kind of dead and boring hotel. 20 min cab ride from down town so prepare for that or rent a golf cart for $100 usd per day. The food at the hotel was terrible and took forever so it’s not worth the all-inclusive. You will want to eat outside of the resort anyway. The authentic food downtown is great. Drinks at the hotel are watered down but most resorts are. I give this resort a D-.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was damp, with excessive moisture in the air that made everything feel sticky and uncomfortable. Even worse, there was a strong smell of mold that hit me the moment I walked in — it was honestly hard to breathe at times. It’s clear that proper ventilation and cleaning are not priorities here, and I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s a serious mold issue behind the walls. For anyone with allergies or respiratory issues, this place could be a nightmare. To make matters worse, the food options were incredibly limited. What was available was bland, poorly presented, and definitely not worth the price. It felt like an afterthought rather than a proper service you’d expect from a hotel. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here — it’s uncomfortable, unhealthy, and not worth the money. I left early and will definitely not be coming back

It is a nice average place to stay. You would expect a little more with all inclusive compared to other all-inclusive resorts we been to. It was only one dining room that was open, and it got really old ordering from the same menu. It’s a decent place to stay for a night or two max.

Hotel is good, but people are not nice, special in restaurants. Some of them look so lazy. When we came for the lunch very often they were not us us even for the water. Then, they bring menu with few choice of main course but if we choose something, they said:”sorry we don’t have it, I did another choice, it was the same answer!” Seven day of my stay I have eaten the burger! Thank you Izla, bu never again

This is a great place to stay if you are going to explore the island. The hotel could use some servers and more food options. The one cafe is the only food and their weren’t waiters around the pool or beach. We missed the service aspect but the beach was good and we enjoyed our stay. Rent a golf cart and drive it to the hotel for your whole stay. We are most meals out around at all different places and used different beaches. We will come back here and hope the other restaurant opens and they get some more service other than the bartenders. Our kids enjoyed the small beach and clean pool. They keep music going and the view is great from the beach in the evenings. It’s a really good place to go with a family of 6 but not activities for the children if that what you are wanting. We made our own fun around the island and loved it.
