"Strong smell in hallways (cleaning products). Wallpaper is peeling. Could use reno. Great location for events at Lincoln Center. Lobby and entrance get crowded and lines can be long to check in. Staff was very pleasant and helpful."

"they were able to resolve the issue, but when we arrived, the smoke detector was disabled and there was a very loud noise coming from the vent. we were early and told that we would be notified when the room was ready. we were not given a room till after 4pm. I was told that the room I had been booked for, had an elite member and they had a late checkout, so we would be given a different room. overall it was a very nice stay, beds were very comfortable as were the pillows, staff was very nice."
