Room was very small. Pull out bed not made up. Had to request bed linens and made up myself. Walls are like paper...can hear everything said by our neighbor. There is NO closet space thats usable. The restaurant was not good...food was so bland, flavorless. We did have one dish that was very good. Its in a great location for restaurants and shopping. The rooftop bar was great. 3 stars becausebof good amenities but for the price, rooms disappointing.

I took my boyfriend Brian to PUBLIC to stay during our romantic Weekend Getaway to attend ComicCon. I have stayed in the past at your property due to work and from the first visit I fell in love with the spirit, statement and design of the Hotel. As a Graphic Designer it strikes the chords of my artistic side and I was able to see in my boyfriend's eyes awe at this other approach when it comes to Hotel Stay. Definitely give PUBLIC 5-well deserved stars! Love, Vic

Tiny rooms poorly designed. Style over function. Tripping hazard for person sleeping near windows. Unnecessary complicated light contrls. I paid full price with Expedia but hotel added $ 50 per night "access fee" when I checked out. Do not go by Expedia price quote
