The hotel bears the name of Hilton and Doubletrees hotels, charges more than $400 per night but its overall services are poor. I stayed in room 3105, on the 31st floor. The elevators are way too slow, the room I stayed in smells of fresh detergent. In fact upon arrival, I was about to leave, but the housekeeping manager I spoke with promised me they would change the mattress, come back after half an hour and there were additional towels, the cover of the bed was rearranged but the mattress remained the same. I was exhausted and decided to stay. It is not fair to use the name of reputable hotels with such poor performance.

The elevators are ATROCIOUS, make sure you schedule time into your day to wait for the elevators. Also the air does not work correctly in the rooms, it was a humid mess.
