Service makes the hotel

The service was phenomenal. Everyone went out of the way to ensure we had a nice time. Beds were comfortable. Great location. Hotel rooms needed update. Toilet ran constantly and every now and then we had an unpleasant sewage smell.

The air conditioner turns on and off every few minutes. I was unable to sleep because every time it turn off the room got hot and it wake me up. I call front desk to try solve the issue without a satisfactory solution. I cat recommend a place where you can’t rest and sleep well.

It’s an okay hotel, overall, but the big problem is the lack of elevators. It’s a huge hotel and they have two elevators, sometimes one doesn’t work. All of the service staff use these elevators coming in and out with their cleaning supplies and stopping on almost every floor. The elevators are generally overcrowded and this is unacceptable for this level Hilton hotel. Please renovate, remove some rooms and add some elevators! It’s almost impossible to get in and out in a timely fashion. I do want to give a shout out for the staff across the hotel, they were all excellent. They really did an outstanding job, thanks to all!!
