We enjoyed our stay in this resort. Everything was wonderful. Staff are very friendly, especially Juan, our Expedia concierge. He gave us many surprises and made our stay unforgettable. He helped us with everything. We cannot say enough thanks to him. I would recommend Grand Palladium to everybody. .

Juan our Expedia consierge was absolutely vital to our incredible time at Grand Palladium. We really appreciated the personal touches and assistance he provided to facilitate making the most out of our time. The entire property was beautiful.. just breath taking. The pools and property was always clean with staff maintaining the property all day. My butler Rafael Peguero was amazing. He was very kind, friendly, helpful, checked in on us everyday, made sure we were taken care of even when he was off, he made our stay so much better. The personal touches he provided for my birthday was everything. The dinner and the rose petals in the room was amazing!

Everything was amazing. Our butler Rafael went out of his way to make our family (couple with 2 kids) comfortable and welcome. From restaurant reservations to small gifts for kids he took care of everything for us. Our flight got cancelled and he assisted us with additional accommodation. Overall the property is beautiful with lot of pools, activities for every age group through the day. Very clean, and one of the best properties we have been too. Definitely a must visit if coming to Punta Cana.

We loved our stay at Grand Palladium, the rooms are recently renovated and the food variety is quite good, but why really made the trip amazing was the quality of the service, especially our personal butler Juan Jalpay. We went as a large group, a few rooms lost power, the toilet overflowed in another room, they kept changing our rooms just to face other problems in the new rooms. The place is nice and has potential but needs to be fixed or wasnt ready to open yet from renovations.
