The room in this resort is nice and clean, with the AC system working perfectly. In the buffet area, there aren’t many choices and the food tastes below my liking. This is by far the worst wifi I have ever seen on a resort. The wifi did not work at all and you could only connect using you cellular data. For the price we paid and not having access to a wifi is unacceptable. I will not come back.

Viajamos desde New Jersey, tuvimos un buena experiencia. Solo algunos detalles: como cuando llegamos habían personas vendiendo cositas pero estaban encima de ti para que vieras sus productos… si no fuera así quizás me acercaba a ver que tenían. Éramos tres en un cuarto nos dieron solo dos toallas, al próximo día nos dieron la 3ra la ama de limpieza muy amable. Las facilidad es hermosas, para conseguir reservación muy difícil. Todo lo demás excelente volvería de nuevo.

The people at the resort were kind, but the experience overall was disappointing. The food was nasty, and the resort wasn’t very clean. Even though it’s supposed to be all-inclusive, you have to pay extra for almost everything—better food, better wine, activities, and more. They advertise the resort as kid-friendly, but there really isn’t much for children to do. The few things that looked fun for kids required an additional fee, which was frustrating. Cleanliness was also inconsistent throughout the resort. All in all, I didn’t like it and I won’t be going back. The only reason I had a good time was because I was with my family.

Staff and drinks were great. Buffett food was subpar and I’m almost certain I got food poisoning from the salad bar. Be sure to make reservations at the beginning of your stay for the restaurants on site. Room was nice despite the only downfall being the must smell.

I have been to this resort 6 times previously, with minor issues, but this time was different. We had 3 rooms. All 3 needed to be changed because of either raining from the ceiling, water and mold in the bathroom and AC not working. They did provide us a change and upgrade (for a fee). The bar service was substandard, they spent more time arguing with each other, than serving drinks. The buffet was very basic this time, but what got me was sitting in for morning coffee and watching a plate with food sit on the table for 1.5 hours, while staff walked by and birds flew in and picked it apart. The sports bar, TWICE, served me a cold, not warm, but fridge cold burger and onion rings. I was violently sick the last 2 days of my trip. I don't usually complain for small things and I did let a lot of things slide, but I did send an internal review to the hotel check in and they offered us "Platinum" restaurant access, but it served mostly fish, which none of us eat. So they sent us fruit and champagne, which I couldn't eat or drink at this point, because I became so sick.

The whole experience was great. We had an issue at check in, but Elias & Ana helped to resolve the situation. All the staff were helpful, courteous and very polite. The rooms were lovely. I would however recommend on adding more sockets for charging devices and another bin as the only bin is by the toilet. The hotel grounds were stunning and well kept. Would definitely come again.

By far one of the best resorts I have ever been to. From Jerry helping us with check-in and all the information (Thank you so much for you great assistance and kindness), to the wonderful staff throughout the resort. Excellent. This resort has EVERYTHING and more. The entertainment was diverse and simply amazing. The food was so GOOD. The beach is simply breathtaking. We definitely recommend and would be back 100%!
