There was no power for more than 24h and nobody gave us any information about what was going on whasoever. It was extremely hot, no wi-fi, the food service was terrible and the hotel didn’t offer any compensation for this awful experience. I won’t return to any Riu Hotels in my life and I will share all the details of my horrible experience in all my social medias.

The pool was missing several tiles inside on many different areas. The rooms are very outdate and outside of the buildings was full of garbage on the ground and around the garage cans. The food wasn't that great and the restaurants were always too busy to accommodate to try other options.

El aire en la habitación nunca funcionó al 100%, en las noches hacía calor, el aire no se sentía, de no ser por el abanico de techo no podías pasar la noche. En las piscinas no hay nada de sombra, es un aspecto que tienen que considerar. Tengo que decir que la animación en el hotel prácticamente es nula durante la estadía. Durante el día hacen muy pocas actividades para animar al público y durante la noche solo tiene un show de 1 hora aproximadamente si es que no hay fiesta temática (Riu Party), porque si hay, no hay shows. Luego de eso no ponen música para que el público baile y se anime, casi todo el tiempo es música en inglés. La discoteca tenía en mismo problema, la mayor parte del tiempo era música en inglés y tenían el mismo playlist prácticamente para todos los días. Durante la noche no tienes nada para comer, luego de las 10 pm solo el “sport bar” está abierto y el olor que tiene no es agradable, solo tiene nachos con queso, sándwiches fríos y hamburguer que se veían mal Buenos aspectos a resaltar es que en relación a calidad y precio no está mal, las habitaciones siempre estuvieron limpias y el restaurante de Steak es lo mejor que vas a encontrar. La atención al cliente es muy buena de parte de los camareros. Sin embargo los que te llevaban hacia el casino (no todos) no tenian una buena actitud. Decían que la respiración de vuelta al hotel de acababa a las 2 am pero sin embargo nos fuimos media hora antes de las 2 y nos dijeron que ya no había transporte disponible.

The resort will not let certain drivers (transport) into the hotel to pick you up for excursions or even to the airport if they are not regulars that come to the resort. They make you pay for a taxi to take you to the front gate. The beds were super hard & very uncomfortable & no good TV connection. Channels blurry & maybe 3 English channels that were super blurry. Would not book at this hotel again.

The spa was good , but it will be better if you got transportation to the spa. The spa Pool was amazing , but the re was to much out of service or not working at the moment .
