We had the best time during our stay at the RIU, the whole resort was very clean, the food was great everyone was super friendly and went out of their way to make our stay the best it could be. The resort has lots of great swimming pools 3 with swim up bars a fantastic beach and 24/7 food, drink and entertainment. We loved the entertainment we have stayed at resorts before and the resort is dead after 7 and we were bored NOT at the RIU we loved it!!! Will definitely be back and will recommend to all our family and friends

There are lots of mosquitoes. My husband and I both were bit by mosquitoes.So many times it was scary.We had mosquito bites all over us. That from the hotel room and halls .. . the toilet cracked in the back and looked like they tried to put it back together.That's just unacceptable.. The air conditioner didn't work. I had a roach in my bed. There was a roach in the bathroom floor dead. I reported the air-conditioned to housekeeping AND I reported the situation to Sebastian who was at the front desk instead of him taking notes. He said he would, but he continued to keep singing. And Entertaining other guests and myself included.I ended up testing positive for EColi we fell ill n i waa texted .I have to have surgery in march due to the overwhelming bowel movement.I do not recommend this place.. i reported this also to cheap tickets being that they represent them.I still have not heard anything back for them.Nor have I received a refund.I have documentation showing that I tested positive for e.Coli the roaches, mosquitoes and toilet. The food was horrible

I had three rooms, safe didnt work in one, tv didnt work in another, the phone didnt work in any of the three rooms. It took 4 or 5 days to get the safe to work. The tv never got working. Other than that the parties were great, the amenities were great and the food options were also good.

Air conditioning didn’t work half of the time door wouldn’t lock from the inside. Safe was broken doors falling off the closet cockroaches in the bathroom lots of young 18 to 21-year-olds screaming and yelling till 6:30 in the morning every night food was average drinks were below average resort however was beautiful in the pool area and landscaping beach was also beautiful staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. The room was run down and could use some freshening up, but it was clean. The housekeeping staff was great. The bartenders, wait staff, ground crew, and hotel customer service staff was good. The gift shop had a very foul odor of sewer.

The first night we was there our air conditioner didn’t work we had to transfer to another room the rooms could use some update but it’s so much to do where you probably wouldn’t be in your room until night

Upon arrival my phone didn't work, staff neglected 2 swap out. Food is being stored from previous days an served we got food poisoning, spoke wit others there who was experiencing the same symptoms. Heath department needs to inspect. Late nite food was cold i wouldn't refer anyone to come here srysave ur money!

Toilet was broken and flush when I wanted to the alcohol in the room, the bottles look like they were expired. Food was OK. Rooms were kind of dirty not what I expected.

this is definitely the type of all inclusive that you’re gonna wanna go to if you plan on partying alot! Great stay customer service was amazing all the staff were great. Food was great and they had different varieties. I went for my birthday. 10/10 would definitely recommend
