Randy the bartender at the pool bar was amazing. Manuela at check in was so nice and upgraded our stay! The buffet was plentiful and the booked restaurants were absolutely delicious! Would love to stay here again!

Very crowded couldn’t get a seat on the beach chair. We woke up at 8 o’clock to get a seat at the beach couldn’t find one couldn’t find one at the pool when you called for ice. They said you have to go to the main office to get the ice, they can’t bring it to you when I call for some more beer they complain that I had too many beer.

Room was very nice. Resort is nice. Lots an lots of people at the pools and that the beach. Be there with your towel at 7am. Food is terrible. 6/10 overall for the entire stay

Fun stay, very hard to find chairs at the beach or pools. If your only English speaking the communication barrier is obviously not the best but that’s to be expected going to a foreign country. Buffet and restaurants not very good.

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Food was awful, rooms smelled sooo bad. They sprayed pesticide chemicals at 9pm one night and it was so strong but they didn’t want to switch our room. Staff is also not friendly like other DR resorts.

Staff was so unpleasant, very clearly hated their job. Pool water was cold as ice! The temperature while we were there was already chilly so not sure why they wouldn’t heat their pools up. Food was gross, caused us to get sick. They ran out of pool towels one of the days we were there. Room clean up seemed like nothing more than making of beds. Bedroom bed had no blanket nor duvet, just a sheet. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

From the beginning to the end it was a fantastic stay, the staff everywhere made us feel very welcomed and were very helpful when asking questions or making reservations for dinners at the restaurant. We recommend this hotel and we’ll be back! Special kudos to William, the bartender at the main lobby, he is the best!!!!

There was a significant security breach in our room. It may employee entered our room without knocking while my partner was coming out of the shower naked, I started yelling at him to get out of the room and he stood there like he couldn’t hear me he was attaching a sign to the back of the door and he would not even turn his head to look at me. I filled out a security incident report I will not be available for the next 30 days as I am Amend doing a medical treatment program, but I expect the hotel to at the minimum refund to the fortnights that we were there as my partner was unable to feel safe in our room and had a hard time sleeping and even being at the resort after this happened
