"What a horrible experience. Smug, condescending front desk. Extremely weak coffee in the restaurant (and when I asked for another pitcher, I was told 'it is what it is'.). The waitress did not come back to see if we wanted more water, if everything was ok,, etc. And no - it wasnt busy - only 3 tables were occupied. An emergeny came up, but they would not credit the missing day. The 'kid' actuallty laughed at my husband. Marriott has definitely gone downhill. It will be the last time I spend money there!!"

"Pool not open, never communicated prior to booking. Rooms are loud. Not impressed."

"The pool was nice but only had two lounge chairs to lay on. I booked this hotel purposefully with the intent of laying out but there were two people in the chairs already. My room itself was clean but I found hair in my bed. I also had some kind of long centipede-esq looking bug crawling in my shower. There was a very loud clicking noise in my room that happened about every 10 minutes, it was so loud it kept me up until midnight. I finally sourced the cause of the sound and it was the mini fridge, so I unplugged it. The outlets next to the bed are so loose that a phone charge wouldn’t stay in, so I had to charge my phone on the other side of the room. The hotel staff was very kind. There was a continent breakfast that offered bagels, cereal and muffins. "
