Room was not the cleaned thoroughly. Therer was strands of hair within the shower and sink. And small hairs within the bedding. Luckily for me I love to clean and cleanes my room prior to use the shower and sleeping in the bed.

I would definitely stay here again. The room was comfortable, clean and roomy. They provided necessary toiletries. The breakfast was very good and you could walk to a nearby restaurant for a late night dinner. The gym was also good, and the staff was friendly and courteous!

We have stayed here many times before but this is the worst stay. Use to be free parking but not anymore. When I questioned the charge the woman at the desk told me she hoped I "get some rest" Very rude.Tried to go for a swim in at 10am,but the remote vacuum was in the pool. We gave up at 11,but it was still going.There was a Nor'easter coming so we had to leave early and when I asked if there was any way we could get refunded for anything, I was met with the Nasty woman again telling me that I booked a non refundable room and absolutely no refunds. I truly just asked and was met with RUDE behavior. You have lost a customer

It was very easy to get here from the airport with the free shuttle. Plus the breakfast was amazing. Our room was very clean and it sayed quiet during the night.
