"We booked 5 rooms for an exhibition that we attended so some of these things are things experienced by my team. - one persons room had not been cleaned since the last people left so he had to go down and request a new room - another person never had their room cleaned once the whole time they were there and no they did not accidentally put the occupied sign on the door - my room was not cleaned the last two days I was there and one night a guy banged on my door at 8;30 at night and asked if he could clean my room. - when I checked out at 3am I found that I had been charged for and upgrade and late checkout which I did not request. When I checked in there was no indication that there were any additional charges. I have to say that both me and my team were very disappointed this time and may need to explore other options in the future."

"The staff at Circus Circus was very helpful whenever we had a question. Fairly easy check-in perfect if you’re there for business, probably not the best place to stay. If you have any clients meeting you essentially is a very low end place for families and children that gives you good value for your money. The sky rooms and the high-rise building has just been remodeled. New carpet new beds new everything really good value, depending on the time of year, but usually about 1/3 the price of any of the other hotels nearby of course that are in a little higher class. But lots for the kids to do fair pricing and easy in and out with the parking in the garage. The waterpark for the kids is huge with a large waterslide that I think most will love a nice pool area for the adults to hang out and inside all kinds of games and things for the kids to do."

"There was no breakfast menu. To get a coffee maker in the room we had to upgrade. Which was not what the description said online. The room was clean and housekeeping staff did a great job. The room needs a few updates: there should be a chair to sit in, a lamp so there's another lighting choice besides the super bright wall fixture, a handle of some type for the shower, (or shelf, anything to grab onto) a shower curtain would be nice. The walk in shower is weird with only half the shower space covered with a wall. Only 2 towel hooks, one too high for many guests to even reach. No other hooks for towels or clothes in the place..? "
