"This hotel was exactly what we needed it to be. I manage a Choice Hotels property but neglected in getting a reservation until last minute. So we decided on this Laquinta because it had the best pet friendly option with a pool. I came into town for a cancer treatment for my dog. We wanted quite to stay away from the noise of the city while still being close enough to the action if we wanted to venture out. I stayed in the one room suite. While the room itself had the usual wear and tear, it was very clean! Our microwave started sparking about 10 minutes after checking in, but the staff quickly came up and switched it out for a new one. Every employee I encountered in the hallways spoke to me and you could tell this property was cared for. The only complaint I have is a small one compared to how fantastically kept the property is. The hallway walls and baseboards were more than just a little dirty. Other than that, this was a fantastic option for a quick trip into Vegas. I would stay again! Thank you guys for making this difficult time an easy relaxing stay."

"The condo was clean and just feet from the pool. The pool was clean and perfect! The beds were very comfy. However, the 2nd bathroom tub was plugged up and the night before we left the AC started dripping onto the hallway floor. I called the owner and left a message but she never called or messaged me back. You do need to really push the fridge door closed otherwise it doesn't close all the way."

"Nice clean house and great layout. A little bit off of the Strip (40 uber ride), but therefore calm and relaxed area. Stores, pubs, restaurants and a great dog park all 2-5 mins away. Closest Albertsons and Steiner’s pub in walking distance.Loved the stay - would book it again."

"The property is easy to find and feels close to everything we needed. Love's having the garage availability to park our car. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The AC works wonderfully which was a relief to come back to blessed coolness because the Vegas heat is no joke. The house is clean and the kitchen comes with convenient dishes and appliances. My only complaint is the trash cans are few and far between. The kitchen trash is equal parts too small and yet too wide to put a tag bag on. Lol. Small thing to complain about and it did not affect the satisfaction of my stay. I highly recommend this place"
