The initial check-in process was very complicated and involved a long wait; the time spent waiting for the room key to print was particularly tedious. The room was ready, but it lacked some basic amenities, and the view from the window was blocked by the wall of another building. I wish they would acknowledge that while some guests come to gamble, others come simply to relax.
