I had a really bad experience with the Paris Hotel.. The staff just wasn’t nice at all. The cleaner did such a bad job both times during our stay. Our room key stopped working randomly and we had to stay in the line up for more than 30 mins just to get the key fixed. I feel it is overhyped

Overall a nice stay, up until the last day when we pulled the comforter off completely and found hundreds of what appeared to be pubic hair tucked down at the edges of the bed that came from neither me or my wife. Besides that it was not worth attempting to shop inside the building itself, prices were outragous. Best shopping option is the CVS just north of the Paris on the strip.

I had several issues with my key not working for parking but the staff was very friendly about changing my keys and even when I would have to push the call button they were able to quickly open the gate.

Our room was not cleaned the day after we checked in. I called that day and said they were unaware of that. The next day we talked spoke to the maid and was told the entire floor was not cleaned except for checked out rooms due to staffing issues. This is not acceptable for a hotel that charges way too much for so called resort fees.
