Stayed 4 nights. Room cleaned once at our request. Other days no housekeeping service despite leaving privacy sign off door. Had to call for toilet paper and towels after 8 hours called again and someone finally walked some to room. One evening while out we did put privacy sign on door and a 3rd party vendor entered our room And restocked a water from the mini bar. I thought if you had privacy sign on door folks aren’t just supposed to enter at their leisure. Was not impressed with housekeeping services at all.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The location is amazing. The only negative is the front desk staff was rude and very short with you. Almost as if they were annoyed that you are checking in. Other than that it was a good stay.

From start to the finish the entire stay was amazing. The staff was excellent- helpful, fries, and accommodations. The room was perfect and the daily room service was top notch. The baggage claim and staff were so kind. We had a wonderful stay and will be back! We also loved the care rental service and staff- made everything so convenient. And the text concierge was a wonderful tool!

First the Carpet from the Hall to our room was very wet, that fills a little uncomfortable. But the real reason for the 4 stars was because we loose a day due to a cancellation from Frontier and we ask for a late checkout and the concierge Anthony gladly gave to us free but on my checkout it was charge and the hotel (Roxanne) didn’t help stipulating that it was automatically and they can not undo or credit the account. Hotel representatives need to understand that if they can not comply don’t offer and that without the guests there is no businesses in hospitality.
