My room was incorrect and they didn’t accommodate nor gave me any money back for the down grade. They tried to blame me for making the request but did nothing to make my stay enjoyable. Nonetheless I enjoyed the overall experience except for my room and I feel I should be compensated!

I had my ID pulled over 10 times even after checking in with security and being told to get a wristband so I wouldn’t be bothered anymore. Despite that, staff continued to stop me repeatedly. There is clearly a serious miscommunication here three employees told me I was good, while four others said the wristbands don’t work. This needs to be addressed internally. I’ve never had my ID checked this many times anywhere else. This experience was frustrating and excessive, and it will be the last time I come back. They did this to me last time too . I’m Sorry for not looking old.

Staff was friendly food in restaurants was good but should stay open later. Minus is poor housekeeping in room. Water not working one morning. Day leaving couldn’t shower due to no hot water in shower. Bed top sheets one day made with lower sheet all disheveled. Half the bed pillows were lumpy and hard. Would not recommend this property.
