Was there 5 nights and the room got cleaned ONCE. Can’t call the front desk because no one answers. Called housekeeping every day and although I was told the room would get cleaned, it did not. MGM Grand is crowded and loud…not as beautiful as the other casino resorts. The food choices are great…Emiril’s and Wolfgang Puck’s were highlights. But, I wouldn’t stay there again.

I have zero complaints about my stay and that is very rare! The room was perfect and check in was easy. I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. We also went to the club in the hotel and the ambiance was good and the Dj.

You can start by removing the $50 per day resort fees plus $13+ tax on those fees daily. Really?! That was a hidden unexpected charge! Plus, $18 dollars for a bottle of water? When we realized how much we were charged, we bought an identical bottle to replace it, but the maid had already put a new one in our room despite us asking for no service that day. You get your money in the casino, so stop with the hidden charges.
