We didn’t have a pool so I didn’t answer that question. In our room #2011 the corners in the room with the toilet were dirty. Also our hot water faucet was broken. It still worked but the entire base would turn. Also the tile near the faucet was cracked. Lastly the tub did not look super clean and it was not inviting to take a bath. Otherwise great hotel!

It was mostly good but I was hopping to get a view of the fountains and the race track and the Paris tower.

I booked an ‘Attraction View’ room expecting a clearer view of the attractions, but most of the view was the hotel roof and only a small partial view of the Sphere. The stay itself was good, but the view didn’t match the room description.

We were upgraded to a suite for a discounted price off the suite. When we got upstairs, it was very large, but the carpet was disgusting. It was all faded and looked like it was stained. The leather couches had cushions that didn’t even stay on the couch kept falling on the floor so you couldn’t even sit on the couch. We wound up sitting in our bedroom on the bed and we had this massive suite. It was horrible. I was going to go down and complain and get the regular room back, but I didn’t wanna hear any kind of excuses from anybody so we just stuck it out and that was it. But never again. Will not return.
