Management changed check in policy and will only allow early check in for a fee- otherwise they are staying firm on 4pm check in. I was just at this hotel in October 2025 and the policy was not in place, as we were able to check in about an hour early. It’s frustrating because clearly the room is available- they just want you to pay extra for it. Staff was also unprofessional and uncaring that their guests were being inconvenienced. It is still a great location on the strip and as long as you are aware of the new policy you can adjust your schedule accordingly.
