Arrived at 11:00 a.m., rooms were available, I needed to sleep and rest and they would not let me check in without charging me $50. There is no reason to charge me $50, If my room is already ready and I need to rest. The manager with no help, the room smelled like toxic odors of some sort of cleaning chemical and no one was there to help me. I'm not happy that I was charged $50 if I knew this I would have stayed at a fancier hotel for the same price. Shame on this greedy business

The room was large and the staff were very nice, but the cleanliness could use some improvement. There was an insulin vial left in the fridge from a previous guest, a dried contact lens on the side of the garbage bin, a random poker chip in plain sight, and a water bottle under the chair. It also didn’t seem to be dusted very well. That said, the hotel was reasonably priced and located in a great area, which made it a convenient choice overall.

Overall I liked the hotel but one incident left me feeling unhappy and discomforted. My husband left his cigarettes pack in the room drawer. When we went back to room one pack was missing. After this incident we could not trust to leave anything inside the room which was valuable. The only person we know of who went to our room was the cleaning staff. We also filed a complaint with security but no response. It’s not about a pack of cigarettes, after that no one came to clean our room and we were not able to trust!
