Room was clean but AC & TV didn’t work had to call work order - AC was fixed but not completely TV was never addressed. Staff was not friendly or helpful. I misplaced my phone and was only given the directions to lost and found which was not open either time I went there to check. Front desk clerk had attitude like hah good luck, never looked or checked with anyone else. Luckily my brother in law picked up my phone by mistake so it was found.

The water from the shower kept leaking all over the floor ! We were gambling and didn’t see one hostess come by for drinks ! Food choices were great . Enjoyed the connecting hotels as well

Overall most employees were helpful as well as some locals. There were a lot of show girls pushing to take pictures and then they tell you there is a charge as well as other types of people trying to get money.

Rooms were nice, but i do not like the feather pillows. Just a personal preference, but the quills kept sticking through the pillow case.

The floor on 54 had no ice machine that worked. When we got to our room there was wet spots on tge floor. The snack bar a complete rip off.

Rooms are decently priced, well kept and roomy enough for two. The shows are excellent. We saw Colin Cloud and MJ tribute concert at Harrahs and both were 5 Star shows at a great price. And the piano bar was a lot of fun plus Harrahs is located close to the Venetian which has Shin Lim Limitless show. We will definitely be back

Cheap bar hand soap, no lotions, rooms are ok looking and pretty big. Food choices in hotel are nothing special and just ok. Fulton street cafe was a horrible experience for breakfast. Eggs were cold, bacon was cold. Nothing special about this hotel at all. The only upside is that Linq hotel is connected which gives you a little more to look at and choose from. Feels like a huge tourist attraction but nothing in hotel is attractive ironically. Shows and entertainment are lacking. Better to walk outside for food. Good thing is there a lot of food choices right outside the hotel
