The room was nice and clean. We were in the valley tower and could hear the elevators at night. The forced resort fee is annoying. Other than that the stay was great.

This was my first time staying in Vegas and I was pleased that the rooms were clean and quiet. The property had been well taken care of and all the staff we encountered were professional and pleasant to deal with.

We had problems with the online quick check-in. After going to front desk to check-in, headed up to the room and found that the room I got was not the room I booked. Different bed layout. Headed back down to front desk to try and get room situation corrected, and was told by a different person at front desk that rooms are often overbooked through 3rd party sites. Understandable, though disappointed that the first person who checked us in didn't say anything, just put us in a different room. The new room was better, but when entering, there was a pretty heavy mildew smell coming from the bathroom. I think it was from the shower curtain and it just got worse over the 2 nights. Already tried, I didn't want to head back down to the front desk again and we just dealt with it. All that being said, we will not be using this property again in the future.

Harrah's room was small and aging. The closet was inside the bathroom which was a big inconvenience. The biggest complain I had was I stayed for 3 nights, nobody cleaned my room, change my towels, or made the day during the stay.

We arrived at 1AM and all the self check in kiosks were out of service. I was able to check in on my phone but we were not able to get room keys. The line was so long we were waiting almost an hour without moving so we asked security to escort us so we could sleep. We’re basically trapped in our room until the morning when we were able to get keys. The front desk staff were not communicative to the guests about what was happening but we were able to find out that their system was down, it had gone down earlier in the day and a ticket had been put in. Also they had to keep escorting guests to their rooms which is also why it was taking so long in the check in line.
