The elevator situation is something to get use to. The button were not labeled to help what floor to exit to go to the garage. Also the WiFi was not good during my stay which was important since I was here for work.

Worst place I've stayed in Scottsdale. Evening front desk employee was rude, condescending & unfit for customer service. Room was dirty, there were blood stains by side of sink and behind toilet, bed was uncomfortable, shower stream was very low, elevators were not working, shower ceiling was leaking I had to change room. The room was clean, well-organized, and comfortable. The bathroom met expectations, with some helpful toiletries and kits provided. Our main annoyance was the hotel's pink glass exterior, which hurt our eyes. We enjoyed a complimentary breakfast; although it wasn't a buffet, it was quick, fresh, and satisfying. We received free pizza coupons, but didn’t use them. Check-in was smooth, and the parking garage was adequate. Additionally, they offered two free water bottles.

Great room climate, great staff, great view, good check in process. I really enjoyed the location and accommodations. This was a great boutique hotel.
