Excellent stay at the Peppermill

Excellent customer service as well as amenities. Resort is gorgeous. A large variety of top tier restaurants. Our only complaint is that one of our 2 beds was very worn and was seeping severely in the middle. Suggesting to have hooks in the bathroom for towels and robes. Such a fun trip!

The rooms are lovely. I love the tubs in the Tuscany. The spa and its staff are amazing! The bellmen are great too. The front desk staff is so unforgiving for a late checkout or any requests, like a high floor or a corner room. They don’t really care. But for promotions and locals they are great! The discounts and free two night stays are awesome! Overall a good stay!

Bad Food

The room , public areas and casino were good. We ate at a resturaunt there was ,(I think) The Bistro. The meal was just edible. Clam chowder wih almost no flavor of clams or anything else, a Bistro salad that wasn't fresh, with watered down dressing, common hamburger buns for bread and water with a strong chlorine taste.

The north wing was a long walk to the casino, not to mention that it is very confusing to fine your room. Very unhappy about that also the sports bar skimped on the alcohol I felt ripped off.
