Best resort in Reno

This was the best hotel in the Reno area. So glad we stayed here instead of downtown. Its an easy ten min drive to downtown but much nicer to stay at peppermill. Lots of restaurant choices, clean and bigger rooms, better gaming. Safe and secure. Will definitely stay again and check out the spa next time. Recommend.

Our room was incredibly small, the bathroom was not pictured well online and the tub could barely fit one adult. Our tub drain stop also did not work, so when I went to take a bath, I couldn’t. There was also some small pieces of trash left over from whoever had stayed prior to us. We have done vacations at almost every hotel in the area, and this was the worst room we had gotten.

I loved the restaurant choices, I really disliked the front desk staff. When I had an issue with my flights, getting bumped off. I needed another nights stay and she wanted to charge me a huge amount and another deposit. She talked down to us like we were trash. I wished I would have gotten her name. I went to Circus Circus and was treated with respect. They understood what happened and only charged us 50 dollars for the night. I will never recommend or stay there again.
