Long weight for elevators.

The staff were nice and room clean. We signed up for daily cleaning but one day no one came. Elevators were terrible. Most of the time only 2 elevators out of 5 were working1 Why were they all not working. Everytime, we had to wait a long time for the elevator and one of the 2 was very slow to start moving. Because of this we were often crammed with several people.

A/C not functioning properly. Bed was uncomfortable. Urine and feces in parking garage and sidewalk of valet. All dining areas dirty. Servers at food establishments drop your food off and don’t come back to table.

We received misinformation re parking oversize vehicle & where to obtain parilot pass. Incomvinient walking back n forth for correct information. I find it annoying to be forced to walk thru large casino to find reservations desk.
