Friendly check in. Tried to check in an hour early. $51. No thanks. But still very friendly check in. Room was possibly ADA? Low sink, low toilet. I'm 5'7". Not a problem. Everything worked fine. Bed was comfy. Pillows new, big, and not broken in yet. Still slept like a baby. Remodel coming. Can't wait. Well deserved. Please stick around El Dorado.

The place has really gone down hill. Shoddy rooms even with upgrades. staff doesn't care and even after that they overcharge me and don't clear my credit I confirmed at check in. Now I'm on hold over $20?!?!. I have to waste my time for them messing something else up. I've been coming here for years and had a soft spot for it and had overlooked these things before, but enough is enough. I'm done

Bummer! No help with lost sentimental item!

The Hotel is out dated but doable. Most disappointing my wife left an item with senimental value to her and got now real help. She talked to 2 people from the security and lost and found dept , both said they would call her back and no has called to this date. Any confirmation would have been appropriate. A simple yes or no!

My go to hotel when staying in reno. The beds are so confy, the rooms are spacious & clean. Shopping, coffee, pastries & slots a couple of steps away very convenient. I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful three night stay. The mountain view suite was perfect. The dining options were just perfect. As with any casino venue the only negative was the cigarette smoke. Actually the cigar smoke Tuesday night was untenable.

Nice room. It was a bit noisy on our floor but, it is a casino so that is expected I guess. Also, parking was a bit of a hassle due to limited spots. Not your fault just very busy.
