First time staying at The LINQ! Upon entry, the ambience, the staff was wonderful. A few steps outside the hotel, you’re embraced with a few shopping stores, restaurants and Ghirardelli. The bed was comfy as well. Smooth check in and exit. Must Visit! Looking forward to my next venture😘

We really enjoyed this hotel, it was very clean and the staff helped us out when we wanted to switch to a room with two queens instead of one. The only problem we had was with the light in the bathroom, it kept turning off and wouldn’t work unfortunately.

The property was great. I ordered an Uber that never showed. I mean I watched the driver arrive at the Linq.. but i don't think he came to the right area... perhaps they should pick up in front of the hotel like a taxi does.. seems like it would be safer & better lighting... especially for late night rides & if your by yourself as i was.

First off, I paid extra to upgrade to the 2 queens room, and those beds were not queen size. They were definitely still doubles. Another thing, the kiosks are nice if everything goes right to check in, but it wouldnt read my drivers license for awhile and then it had the wrong amounts. You need more in-person staff to help with customer service there. Most of the plug-ins in the rooms didnt work. I will say the location is good. Everything else is average.
