Bell Hoppers and Housekeeping are so friendly and inviting! Rooms were clean and very accommodating, however my Aunt was on the 24th floor and said there was loud construction going on at 8am. The front desk should have mentioned this on their Expedia ad. The front desk didn’t have a room to move her and the construction was Mon-Fri, but still a rude awakening after a long drive. The breakfast vouchers are terrible. It’s a wrapped up Jimmy Dean sandwich with your choice of ham or sausage, a pastry, one orange juice and a coffee/tea. My son doesn’t eat cheese and they didn’t have one without cheese, he was bummed out he couldn’t eat a sandwich. Save your money for a better breakfast and pass up the breakfast option. Also, the marketplace has ridiculous prices and the ice machine on our floor was not working. I love the room, the pools, the hot tubs, the scenery, but the little things do add up for a family on vacation. I will probably choose another hotel next time. I recommend families to look elsewhere too.

They pushed to get you to sit for one of their marketing presentations. After several times saying no they backed off. Large room for the price and daily house keeping which is rare post covid. The deuces bus stop right outside the hotel

Awesome stay! Very impressed with the Twin King Suite, newly renovated. Whole suite was immaculate and well supplied with necessities. Housekeeping was also conscientious. Receptionist was polite and engaging. Market prices were a bit pricy but not surprising. No time for the Timeshare seminar...disappointed the sales associated, sorry. Wonderful hotel! Will definitely stay again.

Leslie has been incredible with her customer service! She allowed later check out since I had a trade show, and the staff is incredible. I will say, I didn’t necessarily enjoy the greeters outside the front office. They want you to sit in a 90 min meeting for a time share. Beware.

Room was real nice. Tv in bedroom was not working, called and maintenance was there within the hour and fixed the problem. The back entrance(curb) needs painted or something done with the rocks. I fell out there and another lady who seen it said she about fell there too.

Spacious, clean room. No on property restaurant causing us to walk to other properties for dining. Roomy pool area with great lounging furniture. Friendly staff at check-in.
