The hotel and rooms were very clean. The beds were a little too soft and there was no coffee in the room. The pools are only open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., which was disappointing. But overall everything else was great!

Great location on The Strip

The Park MGM is well located on the strip with access via Tram to hotel Aria and Bellagio, very convenient. Swimming pools were fab. Casino and food outlets very good. Rooms were a little tired but kept clean and price was brilliant so a very good find. Would stay again. And would recommend.

Overall, we were happy with the property, layout, restaurants, location and vibe of the property. The actual room was not good. The storage was ridiculous. There were no towel racks in the bathroom. All the towels are just piled on the sink vanity. For wet towels, you had two choices, one robe peg in the bathroom or a leather looking hook behind the main entry door. There are no drawers in the room at all! The closet is a standup wardrobe cabinet with a slim metal bar that does not extend side to side, but instead is oriented front to back in the middle of the wardrobe with only four provided hangers. We just had to pile our clothes on an upper and lower shelf in the wardrobe. I would say the bed was comfortable for sleeping but the sheets were incredibly rough. I even gave myself a "rug-burn" on my elbow simply changing positions while attempting to sleep. I still have a nasty scab one week later. Bottom line, the property is fine but the room sucked. Thank you.

Nice pool area, handy tram to other hotels, remodeled modern designs, no smoking, interesting new places to eat, centrally located on the Strip. Ok room prices, watch out for the extra fees. No mini fridge to store your own food items.
