The Casino was clean, fun, and exciting. Our room was a bit of a disappointment. While it was as clean as they could make it, it was extremely outdated. The shower was in an old tub with the water pressure out of the shower head very minimal. I think the cleaning staff was excellent. Honestly, the room was the only disappointment. It was all red and rather dingy. The window shade had cracks in it from probably too much sun damage.

The experience at ParkMGM was great. Overall nice rooms, small but comfortable. It was nice to be so close to most of the things we were doing in Vegas and the tram in the back of the property was clutch. Would visit again.

Yes and yes! The NO SMOKING in the Casino was fabulous! We were quite disappointed that the pool/hot tub was not open, as that is a major priority for us. We had a pedicure, and the salon and spa were wonderful. The staff, the gentleman checking us in was nice, but other than that, we did not interact with anyone else. In the room, NO CLOCK...that was disappointing! The bed needs more pillows and the room needs one more chair.... The towels provided were VERY thin, not luxurious at all. Seemed cheap! That showerhead was fantastic...we want to know what kind that is and how we can get one. Could you follow-up with us that? Thanks so much!

The guy who got us checked in,between Expedia and the Park MGM I couldn’t figure out if I had two rooms or one if my phone worked as a key or not did I pay for parking it was confusing just to get a room. I won’t ever go through this again. Somebody else will have to make all the arrangements otherwise I just won’t travel.What a mess!!

The hotel was beautiful in parts. The rooms were ok but no refrigerator, microwave or any amenities. The hotel nickel and dimes you for everything. From resort fees to room temperature small bottles of water. Over 400 dollars for 2 nights just for the room. Everything inside and outside the casino is expensive and has a layer dispair. What has Vegas come to? I will be back one more time for a wedding in Red Rock National Park and then it will take an act of god to get me to come back here.
