Bad first impression.

I was unhappy about the front desk service upon arriving to the hotel. They had 4 people in the front desk. Each one separately finished with their customer and did not acknowledge the customers in line. Instead they looked down at their screens for a bit. One completely ignored the line after she was done with the screen. We stood there unsure whether to walk up to the counter or to continue waiting while all 4 attendants ignored us. It was about 5 minutes before we were attended. Then the clerk had a rude tone. I felt like I was being scolded when she warned me that my credit card was going to be charged if there were any damages.

It's Vegas. Everything cost way more then it should be. Standard 2 eggs bacon breakfast $25, make it 3 and it goes to $34 then your tip.

This is a first class hotel resort right smack dab in the middle of the Strip. The room was big and comfortable. Great shower. Plenty of food choices in the facility. And to top it all off, it’s smoke free throughout!
