I appreciate Dustin @ the FD who recognised i was a local & extended customer service to me and comped my parking, this allowed me 2 spend more money in the hotel & take care of staff w/ tips. Overall liked the hotel and convenience to other locations. Especially Target, CVS, other hotels and attractions. Room was clean, only complaint was the shower nozzle. It sprayed in all directions, and did not have setting options. We only stayed 2 nights and didn’t want to be interrupted so we didn’t complain.

Complete non availability of room at check in - agreed to compromise with single bed and couch : got to room and there was no couch to be had. Re- registered and was comped resort fees, then assigned a two bed room after a long talk with the front desk. At check out was charged for parking when I didn’t even have a car.

I don’t typically leave reviews, however, had to in this instance. We ran into an issue regarding our flight and decided to check into the hotel just for one evening. I did not catch her name, but cannot be more appreciative of the staff at check-in to help us with our situation and made her stay amazingly pleasurable. Beautiful hotel as well as wonderful staff.
