I had an amazing stay at Wynn. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The amenities exceed my expectations. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. Every detail was carefully thought out to ensure a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding service.

Check in was not smooth at all due to the kiosks not working. The staff is very nice and professional, but I saw at least half a dozen people try to check in at the kiosk, wait until they got frustrated, and then line up, and all of that could have been avoided by just putting up a sign. Room was great, property is excellent.
