I had a magical time! Allen who helped us check in first quenched our thirst and began the check in. He helped us get into a room closer to where we intended to go for our stay to make us as comfortable as possible. He was also interested in saving our time by asking important questions. Everyone else who helped us out was just as fantastic. 10 out of 5 recommend the Wynn at Las Vegas. The parking was also a breeze and free with your stay. The building is 1000% aesthetically pleasing as soon as you walk through the front doors all the way to the windows of the 60th floor Allen put us in to make my dreams come true. Will be staying here again.

I had booked a room at the tower suites but was put up in the Encore Resort building. I have stayed at the tower suites 3 times before and that’s what I booked but the lady at the reception wont listed. I booked it thru Expedia and get the VIP status at Encore. Also, there is no tea/coffee available in the room and was charged for a hot water kettle at $40/night. Having basic tea/coffee/creamer in the room is standard worldwide.
