The rooms were fantastic, everyone in the staff was willing to help and just excellent! Nick from the front desk at the wind sent us up a cheese tray as a congratulation for us getting married. I couldn’t ask for a better time on top of all the fun things we did in Vegas. This was the best choice we made to stay at this location. We had a King panoramic at the Encore. Everybody said this is the best place in Vegas and I agree with them!

My experience was horrible. I extended my stay 1 more night. However, they deactivated my key card the day before and my room was not serviced. They knocked on my door statung i had overstayed when i had already extended 1 more night prior to my arrival. Very inconvenient and lost alit of time just trying to get this resolved when it was their own miscommunication. So sad.

I had a really bad experience with my stay.i had extended my stay 1 more night a few more days before date of arrival. However. They locked me out of my room and didnt realize i had extended it 1 more night. I had to go to front desk several times to get new room key..then they knocked on my door with same issue and my room was not serviced. I was left undone and dirty.. so sad we had to go through this for the money we spent on stsying here.

Beautiful Hotel. The Customer service is top notch! The Buffet was delicious and such a variety, I would add soul food to the buffet, such as fried chicken and oxtails, but it's amazing as is. The best, most comfortable bed you will ever sleep in
