For a stay in Greenwich Village, the hotel's location is ideal. Steps away from Washington Square, proximate to subways, shopping, NYU, walking to Union Square, jazz clubs and restaurants galore. Room was very clean if dated. Front desk staff helpful, and the free breakfast most welcome. With the taxes the rooms are not cheap, but its NYC.

A beautiful hotel, well-maintained. We appreciated the friendly staff. Good breakfast options. A nice area with coffee and tables in the back of the lobby. Cons: room was very small (it's New York so to be expected); you have to request a mini-fridge in advance.

I loved our stay here. The property is funky and charming yet modern. The beds were super comfy, the bathrooms beautiful. Also the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, accommodating and had great personalities. Steps away from transportation options, dining and shopping. Great walkable location.

This hotel is a great deal for such a central location. Stayed on a girls trip so the single beds were really nice. Shower was amazing and continental breakfast exceeded expectations.

Easy to stop the car in front of the hôtel. Indoor nearby private parking, with hôtel discount. The room I got was very Small as well as the bath room. It is an old building. The stair case carpet was not tidy. Free BFis meager It is just across the nice Washington Park , on a quiet street.

Excellent location & very polite, engaging and helpful staff. Room was bare bones but comfortable. Bathroom fixtures somewhat dated. Closet door off the track. Minimalist breakfast. Restaurant is being renovated but it wouldn’t take much to amp up the lackluster Continental breakfast that’s being offered in the meantime. Cool property though; old timey and in the best part of the city. And very reasonably priced in a market of bonkers hotel rates.
