"We had a good stay at this Hampton Inn. The staff were welcoming and helpful while we waited for the airline to deliver our baggage. The breakfast was typical for this type of hotel, and there were several great dining options nearby within walking distance. Overall, it was a convenient and comfortable stay."

"I did not have any problems with they place. The person from the staff was actually very helpful and I’m glad he had a previous experience similar to mine. Where is the person had paid already the price of the night in the application yet at the time of checking he showed that No payment was made the process of checking in. Wasn’t smooth because I had to go and call Expedia. Then the Expedia person called the place. I was late for dinner and still when I came back, I had to pay again for the night, even though you was already taken from my account. When I made the reservation on Expedia.. it should be that if you pay on the application you shouldn’t pay again when you go check in.… How I remember being the other times I have used this app. I’ve been using it for a while now for a few years actually I think this is the first time I have that problem."

"The rooms were not clean, carpet was not clean grimy stained, blanket appeared to be reused and smelled of previous guest. Mold in shower, charged for parking however could not find parking. Unfriendly security, upon check in he asked “why were we here” as opposed to are you checking in? We expected more."

"This is my 3rd time here. I love it for the location. The rooms and all areas are always clean. Staff is always helpful and very friendly. This time, however we were inconvenienced with NO wifi throughout our stay. There was wifi in the lobby but not in the room, which was very inconvenient. Room was clean and comfortable as usual, but there was no wifi, the phone, the TV and one light were not working and didn't get fixed during this short stay."
