Had a one night stay. Room was clean. Had to flush the toilet multiple times due to low water pressure. The lights flickered several times right before check-out. But they didn't go completely out. Would stay again.

THE ROOM WAS DIRTY. THE AIR WAS MUSTY AND CAUSED MY ALLERGIES TO ACT UP. THE BEDDING WAS DIRTY. IT WAS LOUD LIKE A LAUNDRY FACILITY WAS NEXT DOOR. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO EVEN RENT THESE ROOMS.

Probably only Marriott hotel not offering shuttle

Did not have free shuttle from airport. Was told by other Marriott van that they did (even told us what color bus to look for). After 1/2 hour of waiting, called hotel to be told they did not offer that service anymore.

Hated food, the American burger was horrible. The meat was nasty, three others in my group felt the same, we ate less than half of the burger because we were so hungry. Seems shortage of staff as the bartender and the chef was the same person. Drinks were bad too. There was also a big stain on the matress. I would not recommend this hotel sorry horribke,

It was my birthday and my friend sent me breakfast. Maria brought my breakfast up, she was so cheerful and nice! She was the first person I saw on my birthday, and she my day on a bright note!

Beyond cruise

Food was great,a little pricey but way better than McDonald's. Bed was nice,slept great. A very nice ride to port to catch the cruise. Would definitely stay here again.
