My credit card indicated we were charged an extra night or a credit card deposit for USD 283 was dine instead of USD 50. My country only allows us a limited allocation per month on our credit card, and having USD 233 extra on hold was not helpful. Even when returned to card, it would mean I did not have access to my allocation. Also, The receptionist at the front desk wanted us to pay above 1000 USD and was initially trying to get this out from our card.

We liked that the hotel was quiet & felt safe. The staff was friendly & helpful. The room was nice & big. The negative things were that the room smelled a little musty like locker room. We bought some Febreeze & fixed the issue for the most part. Unfortunately the smell kept returning. The air unit did this crazy grinding rattle like the blades or something was rubbing on the inside. For most people it would be a deal breaker, but we dealt with it & decided not to cry about it. I know most people would be upset but it wasn’t worth dealing with.

I didn't enjoy my stay I reserved a handicap room because my husband is in a wheelchair but there was no rooms left to accommodate my husband when I arrived to the hotel. The representative was very unprofessional at check-in. I will have to consider another brand of Hotel when traveling with my husband.
