"I was very disappointed with my recent stay. The milk that was served at the breakfast area was kinda taste like spoiled, which was quite unpleasant and concerning. The bathroom also did not appear properly cleaned it looked like it had only been quickly touched up, and there were dirty towels left under the sink. In addition, there was only one attendant working at the front desk, which resulted in a long wait of about 15–18 minutes before I could be assisted. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and service, especially from a hotel like this. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both housekeeping and staffing."

"The room was filthy, hair from the previous fires all over the tub and on the on the sheets. The furniture in the lobby was dirty with cats sleeping on the indoor furniture. The room smelled of smoke despite requesting non smoking. Loud noise from the airport. The bed backboard was stained of black greasy dirty hair products. The floors were not sweaty or mopped. There was dirt grime all over ask of the furniture. Rust and mold through the room and bathroom. "

"There are no drinks in the room, only two bottles of water. The shower gel is scarce; ask before entering the bathroom."

"No hot water was the start of issues. When telling front desk, they explained they had other complaints of the same issue. They said they would send someone to check and rectify, no one showed up. Cable TV showed many channels to choose from, only 3 worked so my daughter had nothing to watch, always, no signal would show. Ordering food form their in-house cafe, the order was 4 simple items, said the most, 25 minutes. 1 hour later, called front desk at least 4 times, to no answer. Went downstairs and was still cooking wings while the 3 other orders were been done, which meant all the other food was cold, especially fries were soggy... So that's the gist of it, surprised and disappointed especially the name of hotel... "
