"The room was filthy, hair from the previous fires all over the tub and on the on the sheets. The furniture in the lobby was dirty with cats sleeping on the indoor furniture. The room smelled of smoke despite requesting non smoking. Loud noise from the airport. The bed backboard was stained of black greasy dirty hair products. The floors were not sweaty or mopped. There was dirt grime all over ask of the furniture. Rust and mold through the room and bathroom. "

"There are no drinks in the room, only two bottles of water. The shower gel is scarce; ask before entering the bathroom."

"No hot water was the start of issues. When telling front desk, they explained they had other complaints of the same issue. They said they would send someone to check and rectify, no one showed up. Cable TV showed many channels to choose from, only 3 worked so my daughter had nothing to watch, always, no signal would show. Ordering food form their in-house cafe, the order was 4 simple items, said the most, 25 minutes. 1 hour later, called front desk at least 4 times, to no answer. Went downstairs and was still cooking wings while the 3 other orders were been done, which meant all the other food was cold, especially fries were soggy... So that's the gist of it, surprised and disappointed especially the name of hotel... "

"To say the hotel is outdated is an understatement. The room itself was definitely moldy. You could literally smell it and it only got worse after going out for fresh air and coming back in. Not sure if there was or is water damage in the building that cause it but it was horrible. We had to open our window practically our entire stay. We coughed all through the night from the dust and mold in the room. I’m not sure how this hotel passes inspection and health regulations, genuinely. My partner and I are not at all picky people, so for us to share these sentiments, you know it was really bad. If you can avoid staying here, please do. Even for one night. The owners need to take pride in their establishment and give the hotel the care and remodel that it desperately needs."
