The airport shuttle was posted near the entrance to the hotel for departing guests.The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was amazing for check in as well as check out. Very friendly pleasant and courteous.

Communicating with you prior to my visit was very poor despite my emailing both your main office ( who promised that my message had been passed on) and via Expedia. Neither of those emails were responded to and when mentioned you stated that there had been a problem with your emails. Needed info on how to book shuttle for pick up. Room was noisy as if there were loose pipes in the room next door and despite turning off the air con via the wall unit as instructed, the unit kept coming on. However, I would commend the staff who were very friendly, welcoming and helpful irrespective of position.

You have to call the shuttle. We tried calling, no answer. Its listed as being 4m from airport. It is 20 with no traffic. The mgr said there was ice in the room freezer, there was none. He said they wouldnt have ice until morning. We were there for 5.5 hours. This is apparently an extended stay place. The resident drunk was awake and smoking out front with staff. Upon check out the resident drunk wanted to communicate nonsense with us. Its 3:45 am in the morning and we are trying to check out to take an uber to the airport to fly hime on standby. No restaurants near, no lights on streets, no shuttle, no ice and no attempt to move a drunken resident from people trying to check out. Stay here if you want to be lied to, potentially harassed by the drunken weekly rate guests and be completely underwhelmed.
