The night staff Antonio was warm and friendly when he greeted me. I was on a later flight and arrived at midnight. He was delightful. Then there was the man on day shift. His demeanor was closed and he never smiled or got up from his chair. In fact, he scooted in the chair to the areas behind the front desk. He really couldn’t be bother to be pleasant with any guest.

Everything was perfect except the shuttle back to the airport. I had an early flight and the shuttle doesn’t start until past 6:00am. So I had to take an uber. Also, the heater, it wasn’t blowing hot air unfortunately the day I arrived was cold.
