Compare Hotels with Hot Tubs in Doral

"Hotel looks nothing like in pictures and was very dirty. The walls and all furniture were painted black with one dim lamp in the room. The floors, walls and entire bathroom was filthy. The hotel shuttle never showed up where they said they were meeting us as it states on their website. We waited for over 2 hours and finally took an uber. The staff were more interested in their phones than guests. They were always on their phone. Tv was not plugged in and mold on walls. The one we did like was the pool area, we stayed outside as much as possible. Food was horrible and drinks (water, juice) were served in open pitchers. I would never recommend this hotel. We would have walked away but since we booked through Expedia, we would not get refunded. "
