Overall property is great, not your traditional Hotel type. Area across the street is Doral City place tons of shopping and restaurants and walking distance from the hotel. Parking in that area is a pain in the neck so you were better to leave your car at the hotel and walk across the street

This was the most terrible stay at a hotel we have ever had. Aside from the condition of the room, the washing machine was not connected to an outlet valve- soapy water poured into the room and flooded the tile floor. I fell hard as a result. The manager was notified and never checked to see if I was okay. I have been reaching out via email for weeks, only to get the run around - the hotel room was unsafe- the communication with the hotel was just the worst- please don't stay here if you care about safety or customer service

Needs updating and better cleaning. Tge rooms had broken furniture and lamps snd curtains. They forgot our towels even after reminding them. We requested rooms together at least we were on the same floor. The room served it's purpose and we're glad it was a short stay.
