"Check in was a little messy as it was first time booking an all inclusive, we had two rooms booked both were under my name as the “rules” said the cardholder must match the guest check in, well you can’t have two rooms under the same person there, so we had to get Expedia to change things delayed my friend getting into her
Room by two hours but the front desk agent was amazing, I probably would have been a mess if it wasn’t for her. She made our anniversary and my friends birthday weekend fantastic! (her manager not so much).
Outside of the that small inconvenience the rest of our time was amazing, beach was nice, pools were great, entertainment, food and bartenders fantastic. Chairs are slim pickings so get up early and find one by 9am there wasn’t much left. "
