The space
This spacious three-story house was built for bringing large groups together. With three king sized beds and a large bunkroom, there is plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably.

**Please note that this home has rustic wood floors and we recommend that you bring thick socks or slippers**

On the main floor you will find an open living, dining and kitchen area for everyone in your group to gather for dinner, games, morning coffee with a view or cozy nights by the show-stopping fireplace which has been updated with a Buffalo mount since the photos were taken. *The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you would expect to have at home. Also included on this floor is a large laundry room and a half bath.

Up the winding staircase you will find the primary bedroom located on the top floor with a private bathroom and deck, as well as a lofted sitting/work area. Unwind after a long day of hiking in the claw-foot tub with a beautiful view just outside the surrounding windows.

On the bottom floor you will find a game room and 2 more bedrooms each accompanied by their own bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with a king size bed while the other room holds 3 bunk beds (2 twin over twin and 1 twin over queen). The bunkroom also houses a foosball table and mini arcade...a kid's dream come true!

In the game room, the final king size murphy bed (with a custom-made mattress) can be found folded against the wall. This room also features a large screen smart TV with surround sound and a 16 ft pro shuffleboard for some friendly competition.

For some outdoor fun, a cornhole set can be found inside the mechanical room behind the murphy bed. There are also horseshoe pits in the backyard near the wooden swing.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the Lodge except the upstairs main closet and one game room supply closet. The detached garage is not accessible beyond the trash enclosure.
Hiking Trails are marked and BLM land is free to roam; however, please do not trespass onto the neighboring properties by wondering off of the marked hiking trails.
Outside fire cauldron is not accessible to guests due to outside fire restrictions; however, the gas firepit and grill on the deck are available.
Other things to note
**Smoking in or outside of this home is strictly prohibited**

4-wheel drive is REQUIRED in the snowy months as the road and driveway leading to the home are winding and steep in some areas.

This home has radiant heat for the colder months, but does not have A/C. The bottom windows are fitted with screens and can be opened for airflow. There are also remote controlled solar shades in the living room that we recommend you close during the warmer months in the middle of the day.

We provide Starlink internet and multiple smart TVs. Cell phone service is not great, but works best downstairs if you are having a hard time with the signal. We recommend calls using Wi-Fi since the internet connection is very good.
