Checked in loved the hot tub hours but once we got there the water was dirty lukewarm and jets didn’t work much. Super disappointing as we chose hotel for the hot tub. Sign on mirror says they change sheets and towels daily, no one ever came, I called for sheets and towels to make the bed myself she never came, went down to the front desk asked again, she came up but with the wrong size sheets . The next morning on check out date the maid was basically pounding on the door when we opened she wanted to clean it, it was 9 am on the day of checkout. Go to leave and they never registered our truck so we couldn’t get out without going back in. Staff was rude too. I won’t ever go back

Loved the feeling of the hotel and the rooms and view of the mountain was spot on. Was not thrilled with the parking problems we experienced in the garage and trying to leave the parking garage. Found out its owned by 3rd party company so it has nothing to do with hotel itself. Just became a pain everytime we tried to leave.

Hotel is very nice, location is great. The room however is very aged. We love the older look but the room we stayed in needed an update…keeping it the same but fixing what needs to be fixed. I give it a 4 so that is very good as I really liked the location, room, and lobby but just seems like it could use some GLC
