There were sketchy people in the parking lot when I arrived. As a single traveler I don’t typically feel unsafe staying places and I did here. The room was filthy and smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room and there were burns on the furniture and overall building is decrepit and unkempt.

Did not care for this hotel much. The person that was checking us in seemed confused about how the rooms were laid out. We were too once we got a room as the even numbers were actually behind the odd numbers, so the signs were misleading. Also did not like that the elevators were outside and there was no hot water that night.

Unbelievably rude staff

Tried to extend my stay, attempted to pay 3 times. . They kept telling me to come back and the lady at the desk kept trying to pressure me to pay in cash for some reason. They tried to charge me twice for the security deposit and were extremely hostile to me when I said I couldn't afford to pay it twice. Horrible experience. Felt extremely unwelcome even before this and was treated terribly.

Room was clean. The coverlets on the beds were either stained or dirty with what looked like blood. The bathtub needs to be refinished as the surface was worn and black in spots. The ceiling had mold growing in corners

Omg , don’t waste your money if your so drunk you need to pull off this is perfect Walls are thin you hear every domestic fight , lots of people that look homeless Wasn’t sure where I booked that this is what I paid for. Tubs are nasty so don’t shower they don’t offer toothpaste. Good luck

Our room wasn’t very clean, but the location is convenient. The staff was nice. It’s located in a good area and has plenty of restaurants and shopping options within a 10 minute drive.

First night we were given a room that hadn’t been cleaned, notified the front desk and they moved us from a king room to a double room. The double room they moved us to had an active customer in it which made us uncomfortable about hotel policies. Front desk associate moved us to another double bed room, and told us the next day we would get a King. No discounts offered or apologies, will not stay here again.

When we arrived Manager and customer when exchanging a heated conversation over wanting a extra blanket. Vinyl flooring coming up in room. Electrical receptacle coming out of the wall. No soap, shampoo or lotion. Only 1 washcloth. Outside walk way had dog poop all over the roads. Motorcycles going thru all night
