Very quiet, clean, secure. It's a bit of a pain if you live in colorado springs you have to pay a $250 deposit 😬 however, that policy is what makes the hotel secure. The young lady working when I checked in (10pm on 12/3) was phenomenal, I think her name waa Alyssa she had lip piercings). She was very patient she was empathetic and I felt that she truly empathized with my situation. She provided EXCELLENT customer service and that is unfortunately uncommon. I'd stay again because of the hospitality.

The food was fresh and hot, and plenty of variety. It was a full breakfast. The staff were constantly monitoring the food supply. We stayed there 5 days and the room was always clean when we got back at night. The hot tub was warm and very comfortable, and the swimming pool was great. This was one of the best places we have stayed. When we go back to Colorado Springs, we're staying at this Quality Inn
