There was a security light out above the balcony going on and off all night lighting up the bedroom and making it hard to sleep. I asked about it and they said they had maintenance coming to look at it but after 2 days it still wasn't fixed. Sheets had blood stains on them, TV was a joke, it was super small and the one in my room had a horrible purple hue to it making it unusable. Staff was extremely unhelpful and barely seemed to understand what you were saying to them.

VERY dirty. There is no laundry, or breakfast. Even tho it was stated on Expedia. Dogs don’t stay free even tho it’s stated on the website as well. The front desk clerk was very nice, & said the hotel room is increased price, so it just looks like they’re free. Then I have 2 service animals, and 1 Pet. I was told that they wouldn’t be extending my stay(even tho I wasn’t extending to begin with) because of the allowance of 2 pets. We stated and mentioned the dogs were service and they’re not considered pets under the ADA. But the manager was very rude. This place said it was remodeled-the lobby totally was. But nothing else. Our tv wouldn’t even turn on because there was no electricity within the entire wall. Totally get what you pay for- in the property and unfortunately people as well.

Property is run down although Safe and clean as much as could be expected. Just not a very good destination, but affordable and the staff was very kind, just not possessed with amenities.

You get what you pay for.

Halls and elevator needed vacuuming, Strobe light going off in front parking lot on all night. Room was fine and clean. Towel had a mouse hole in it, but appeared clean.
