This is a nice hotel for the money. If you are looking for a clean place that is a little dated you have found it. It is worth the nightly rate. Like all Motel 6's there are not a lot of amenities but this one is clean.

Dog friendly, which was very helpful and there’s a large field behind the hotel to take your dog. It’s perfect. Anyone that leaves a negative complaint is just crying. This is an amazing hotel for what the price is. You guys have to understand this is the cheapest hotel that pops up in the Springs and I have to say it’s very good for what the price is only negative I will say is there is nothing for breakfast. I stayed for 5 nights and had no issues.

It was raining outside, so it was dry shelter… very loud traffic noise most of the stay , the place was pretty run down and kind of dirty. Stayed one night and left.

It is an inexpensive clean option that allows dogs without the drama. Walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbors and their television. Noisy outside. It's not a restful place but for a convenient place to stay it is great. Walking distance to shops and restaurants, nice neighborhood. Rooms clean and bedding fresh.
