The restaurant & bar. Pool looked clean. Unfortunately the air conditioner was so loud it was almost impossible to hear the TV. Was difficult to keep the temperature comfortable. The water pressure was almost nonexistent in the shower. When we were cleaning up the bathroom I moved the trash can in the corner and behind it there was mouse droppings along the baseboards .I told the front desk when we checked out, so I can't say what was done. If I'd known sooner I'd have requested a different room. They 'upgraded' our room from a 2nd floor with stairs to the 2nd floor with an elevator. I don't know how much of an upgrade it was but....

Quantity not as expected

Lady smoking cigarettes at front door, smoking going inside hotel, smelt like casino. Floor in bar area sticky. Pool nice and game area but the cleaner smell and cigarettes gave me a headache. Room was nice bedding and bathroom but smelt moldy. People across from us couldn't get into there room. Front desk guy was even uncomfortable with the cigarettes smell. Highly suggest a smoking area and not at the front entrance.

A beautiful Hotel.

We stayed two nights during our 6000 mile road trip and this is our favorite hotel. The breakfast was amazing with a buffet and made to order omlets. Every staff we encountered were professional, friendly and helpful. I left an important item in my room after I checked out and they alerted me by phone!

This is the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. It was absolutely fantastic to walk into the hotel and see beautiful, tropical plants.. You walk a short distance past the friendly check in staff an see a wonderful swimming pool, surrounded by tropical plants and for safety a very nice cast iron fence around the pool that blends in very nicely with the decor. To the right is a nice restaurant. We didn’t have an opportunity to eat there, except for the excellent buffet style breakfast, which was included with the price of the hotel stay. The hotel was very reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The pool was clean and the temperature was very nice. They offer a foosball table, ping pong table and other games I think. We had a very enjoyable experience. We were only there for one night but we will definitely plan to stay here again the next time we come to Colorado Springs,
