Front desk staff was nice. Cleaning staff used spanish derogatory words. Didnt realize we knew spanish. Only 1 elevator worked , looked like it has been that way for a while. Only 1 ice maker in building worked out of 5 i checked. Pool was warm .

Our room dint have any heat. The left side was blowing hot air but stopped on our second day, we stayed 4 days. The guy at the front desk gave us a space heater. The elevator had one side broken, the breakfast was cereal or beagles or oatmeal, really simple and plain. Something keeps beeping in the hallway that we could hear as if we were standing next to it all hours of the day and night. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work and made beeping noises as well that we could hear. Walls are paper thin and we could hear everything everyone was doing or saying. Signs all over the place there is no smoking, 100% smoke free but there is a strong smell of weed smoke on the first floor by the lobby. I didn’t check out the pool or fitness center but I have a feeling they were probably average. I think it would be a good place if they would get some repairs done. Staff is friendly, room was clean, just need to get repairs done and not just throw up a sign and say one side of the elevator isn’t working or go to main lobby for ice. It’s like they just put up a sign and don’t bother to notify their home office to send someone out to fix these things.

I stayed at a Spark by Hilton hotel in another state, and I had a great experience which is why I booked this hotel in Colorado Springs. I liked the location of this hotel, but the room was dirty. The window curtains were dirty and I found black hairs in the bedsheets as well as a dirty bathroom. I was a little disappointed in this experience. It was doable for a one night stay but I would reconsider this hotel in the future.

The room was in good condition, but the housekeeping just visited once in 4days. The breakfast was okay not that good, oats, granula, muesli, bagels, boiled eggs etc. Water facility was also there. Overall it was an OK stay.

The sign on the interior door to the lobby stated it was 100% smoke-free hotel. The elevator smelled like a cigar. The second floor hallway smelled like a smokey casino, the smoke was extremely thick. The rooms were good, they have new laminate flooring, paint on the walls, and the bathroom had new tile. The beds need replaced, they were aged. The ice maker on the second floor was broken. The doors into the rooms, were painted, but were pretty thin. The breakfast was not a buffet breakfast as others reported. Cereal, yogurt, bagels, muffins, juice. No warm foods or waffles/pancake machine. Pretty slim pickins. The staff seemed pretty friendly but didn't have an answer for the cigarette smell.
